ANZAC DAY AFL

My beloved (and not too successful [yet] 2 wins from 5 games) Collingwood Magpies are in traditional action today as they take on the Essendon Bombers for public holiday glory.

All I can say is, if the Pies are ahead in the final quarter, as I believe they have been in the majority of their losses this season, I will be screaming at the top of my lungs for them to play the FULL GAME!!!

It isn't over until that final siren sounds and victory then becomes assured...

Its a good life lesson that we can take from that picture. When you are engaged in something... give it your full attention until its completed. When our vision wavers and we look to other things we can lose focus on what really matters and get pipped at the post before the final siren.

Keep your eyes on the prize, give it your full attention until the final siren, and bask in the victory that comes when you complete the full four quarters!
